Austin Tech Week
From designing event swag to coordinating a raffle with a local business, I managed both the creative details and the logistics of a exhibit booth and a sponsored happy hour.
My role focused on planning, coordinating, and day-of execution, making sure every moving part came together seamlessly for both our team and our guests.

IDSA Studio Tour 2025
I collaborated with the IDSA Austin chapter to facilitate an engaging experience for over 300 attendees.
In addition to marketing the event on social media, I hosted the tours, managed day-of execution, and ensured every attendee had a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Yearly Holiday Parties
From planning budgets and menus that accommodate dietary restrictions, to scheduling across all team members, and personally decorating the spaces. I manage every detail to ensure a seamless experience.
I also oversee day-of execution on-site, making sure each celebration is memorable and fun for everyone involved.
